The irony of reading a book about leadership skills written by
by a man named Sinek, or cynic is not lost on me. I can only imaging the jokes Mr. Sinek has had to endure over time. Fortunately the material in the book far outshines the easy pun.
In Leaders Eat Last we are given the building blocks for "what makes a leader". Those assertions are then back up with proof both from an anthropological an societal viewpoint.
We are treated to anecdotal instances of great leaders, what they managed to do and how they've done it.
What really surprises me is that this has not become a management handbook for every company that has employees.
