A Life In Parts - Bryan Cranston

Composed on the 04th of August in the year 2017, at 09:10AM. It was Friday.

Bryan Cranston has had a very full and interesting life. From humble

beginnings and a broken home to extreme stardom. If Bryan had made a couple of different choices he could just as easily have ended up a beat cop with a knack for telling a good story at Christmas parities.

In this book Bryan takes you on his journey from childhood, through his early years and onto the sets of a few of his shows - including Breaking Bad. If you have the opportunity to pick up the audio book version of this story it's well worth it as it's narrated by Cranston himself.

By the stories end you feel as if you have an intimate understanding of Cranston, his journeys, sorrows and triumphs. I'm not sure that would have come across as well in written form.

The book itself is broken into vignettes, each titled by the main "character" or idea of the vignette. Together they weave into a full and rich tapestry.

If you like Bryan Cranston or Walter White I think you'll find this book worth your while.

Good Times!
